Returns & Exchanges
Orders in stock typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders ship within 3-4 weeks of order placement. All orders ship via USPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase; paper goods, including books, are final sale. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@ateliermidwest.com. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags and in sellable condition to be accepted as a return. Free exchanges are available for another size or style of equal value for all apparel and accessories, or for store credit. Store credit does not expire. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the return item and are issued to the original form of payment.

Our bag charms typically run 10-12" in length. Each one is unique and assembled by hand. Charms have multiple clips for a variety of hanging options; all have a large main carabiner typically with a screw gate which can be removed if desired. These are designed to function as key chains, bag charms, wallet or clutch hangs, or just everyday accessories.
