SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Atelier Midwest, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help.

Shipping
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. All orders ship via USPS and generally arrive within 3–5 business days from the ship date.
 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
 

Returns for a Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less a $7 processing fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned merchandise.

 

Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, damage, or odors are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on eligible items. We'll waive the processing fee and cover shipping on your replacement item.
 

Store Credit

Prefer to decide later? Choose store credit and receive the full value of your purchase with no processing fee.
 

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased from our clearance collection are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ateliermidwest.com and include photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Return Portal or email hello@ateliermidwest.com with your order number.

 

Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. After your item is received and inspected, refunds or store credit are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
