Orders in stock typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders ship within 3-4 weeks of order placement. All orders ship via USPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date.
 

Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the exception of paper goods which are final sale. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, damage, or odors are not accepted for return. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@ateliermidwest.com. Atelier Midwest does not charge a return or restock fee for returns; however, the cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an item that arrived damaged or defective. After your return item is received and inspected, refunds or store credit (if requested) are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. ​

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the exception of paper goods which are final sale. Please email hello@ateliermidwest to begin the exchange process. Prefer to decide later? You can opt for store credit and receive the full value of your purchase to use as you wish. Store credit does not expire. 
 

Final Sale Items

All final sale items including paper goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ateliermidwest.com and include photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement or full refund.
