It's hard for us to pick a favorite of Molly Yeh's cookbooks, but if we had to this might be it. Molly On The Range tells Molly Yeh's story of growing up in 90s in the Chicago suburbs, moving to New York City to study percussion at Juilliard, and then eventually finding her way to a sugar beet farm in northern Minnesota. It features big fun recipes inspired by her journey, some noteable favorites are: za’atar monkey bread, homemade lunchables, homemade clown cones, Molly's family potstickers, and scallion pancake challah.
